Welcome to Yunfei’s homepage.

I am a postdoctoral research associate in the Department of Genetics at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis (WashU Medicine), working with Prof. Yang Xie and Prof. Guanghua Xiao. I received my PhD in Computer Science from Vanderbilt University in 2026, advised by Prof. Maizie Zhou. During my PhD, I was a NeuroAI Research Intern at CSHL from May to October 2025, advised by Florin Albeanu. In 2018 and 2021, I earned my Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree from Huazhong University of Science and Technology with majors in Bioinformatics and Computer Science.
